These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SakhiSoft’s website, software development services, consulting, and technical solutions. By engaging with SakhiSoft, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

SakhiSoft offers software development, mobile apps, DevOps, AI/LLM integrations, system architecture, cloud deployment, and consulting services. Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the respective project proposal, statement of work (SOW), or agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project information and requirements.
• Respond to communication in a timely manner.
• Supply necessary access, credentials, or documentation.
• Ensure intellectual property rights for any materials provided.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due based on agreed milestones, retainers, or monthly invoices. Late payments may delay project delivery. Fees for third-party services (hosting, APIs, integrations) are the client’s responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

• Clients own the final delivered code and assets upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• SakhiSoft retains the right to use anonymized project descriptions in portfolios, unless restricted by NDA.
• Internal tools, frameworks, or accelerators remain SakhiSoft’s IP.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during collaboration.

6. Use of AI, LLMs & Automation

For AI-driven projects, clients acknowledge that model outputs may vary and are subject to limitations of underlying APIs or datasets. SakhiSoft will follow best practices for accuracy, privacy, and safety.

7. Warranties & Limitations

SakhiSoft provides services on a best-effort basis with industry-standard engineering practices. We cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted uptime or error-free software.
• Performance of third-party APIs, hosting, or platforms.
• Outcomes dependent on client-provided data or systems.

SakhiSoft is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, business interruption, or delays caused by external dependencies.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. All completed work up to that point must be paid for.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your registered jurisdiction once SakhiSoft LLC formation is complete.
